CHENNAI: The Governor, Surjit Singh Barnala, on Sunday released a book in Urdu authored by Hasanuddin Ahmed, former Chairman of the Andhra Pradesh Minorities Commission.

He handed over the first copy of the book, `Waraq Waraq Justuju,' (every page a piece of research) to Nawab Mohammed Abdul Ali, Prince of Arcot and vice-chairman of the Tamil Nadu Government Urdu Academy.

Paying rich tributes to the author for his scholarship, Mr. Barnala said the youth should nurture Urdu.
