This Day That Age
India will, for the first time in recent years, have a few royal visitors `incognito'. They will arrive in Bombay some time in November. The visiting dignitaries will bring their own cars. They will not travel by plane or by train. Their arrival is cloaked in secrecy. Official sources in New Delhi decline to reveal their names or even their nationality. For security reasons the movements of the visitors will not be notified. But, all privileges available to royalty will be extended to them: only there will be no public functions in their honour.
