Student presents portrait to Manmohan

NEW DELHI: Swaroop Roy, an engineering student from Tripura, presented a portrait done by him of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to the latter at the Raj Bhavan in Agartala recently.

Mr. Roy had also presented a portrait of President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam during Mr. Kalam's visit to Tripura in 2002.
