Thiruvananthapuram: After the five-match one-day cricket series against South Africa, India will take on Sri Lanka in a three Test series, the first of which will be played in Chennai from December 2 to 6. New Delhi will host the second Test from December 10 to 14 and Kanpur the third Test from December 18 to 22, Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) secretary S.K. Nair told UNI here on Wednesday. He said the Lankans would play a warm-up match in Bangalore from November 26 to 28. After the seventh ODI on November 12, the Sri Lankan team would return home and come back in time for the warm-up match. Though the venues for Test matches were decided by the BCCI Fixtures Committee earlier, the order of the venues was finalised now after getting the views of the Sri Lankan Board, Mr Nair said. He said South Africa would play five one-day internationals from November 16. Hyderabad would host the first ODI, while the second ODI would be held in Bangalore on November 19. The third match would be in Chennai on November 22, while Kolkata and Mumbai would host the fourth and fifth ODIs on November 25 and 28, respectively, he said. UNI
