Great cartoon

This refers to Surendra's wonderful cartoon (Nov. 9). Yes, dissent in the Telangana Rashtra Samiti seems to be growing by the day. But its leader K. Chandrasekhar Rao suspects an "outside" hand behind the turmoil in his party. He needs to mend his ways instead of seeking scapegoats for his predicament.
