NEW DELHI: Two goals each by Gurmail Singh, Malak Singh and Gurbhej Singh took Sat Guru Partap Singh Academy, Shri Bhaini Sahib, to a 6-1 victory over DAV Senior Secondary School, Chandigarh, in the superleague of the ONGC Nehru sub-junior hockey tournament at the Shivaji Stadium here on Wednesday. Gagandeep Singh scored the only goal for the Chandigarh team. In another match, Government Model Senior Secondary School, Jalandhar, beat Loyola School, Jakhama, 4-0 after leading 2-0 at halftime. Jaswinder Singh, Shamsher Singh, Simranjit Singh and Mandeep Singh found the target. Shree Kamlakar Chaube Adarsh Sewa Vidyalaya Inter College, Varanasi, defeated Union Academy Senior Secondary School, 3-0, thanks to the goals by Aditya Singh, Shrish Visen and Surya Nath Sharma.— Special Correspondent
