Power shutdown

There will be no power in the following areas on Thursday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. as Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (Bescom) will carry out maintenance and system improvement works. The areas affected are: Gospel Street, Davis Road, New Bagalur Layout, Hennur Main Road, Cookson Road, Clark Road and surrounding areas.

MBBS results

The results of MBBS phase III part - II (RS batch) examination conducted inring August/September 2005 have been released on Wednesday evening. The earlier results announced on October 29 of the same batch has been treated as cancelled, stated a press release here. Details of marks secured in each subject, class obtained and the names of the colleges are available on www.rguhs.ac.in

Free memory camp

225th Corps Day

Corps of Engineers will celebrate the 225th Corps Day on November 18 at 7.15 p.m. at the Madras Engineer Group and Centre Officers' Mess in the city.

Garden fair

The Association of People with Disability will organise a five-day garden fair at its Horticulture Training Centre in Jeevanabhimanagar from Friday. 11.
