ANANTAPUR: A junior assistant in Sri Krishnadevaraya University (SKU) was suspended by Registrar T. Srinivasulu Reddy on Thursday for allegedly behaving rudely with the Vice Chancellor. In a statement issued here, the Registrar stated that R. Kesava Reddy, a junior assistant, met the Vice Chancellor with regard to a service matter on November 7 and allegedly behaved rudely with Vice Chancellor A. Rama Rao, and had even used unparliamentary language against him.
Protest staged
The All India Students' Federation had been protesting over the issue seeking action against the junior assistant for the last three days.
