Lakhera, Rangasamy condole Narayanan's death

A scholar and a statesman, says Lt. Governor

Pondicherry: Lt. Governor of Pondicherry M.M. Lakhera expressed his grief and sorrow over the death of the former President, K.R. Narayanan. In his condolence message, he said he was deeply grieved to learn of the demise of Mr. Narayanan. Chief Minister N. Rangasamy in a message described Mr. Narayanan as a Parliamentarian who had distinguished himself as Vice President and had subsequently risen to become the first citizen and serve as a role model.
