Compulink Systems gets SEBI nod for IPO

CHENNAI: Compulink Systems, a software company focused on providing IP based solutions in the services execution management space, has received the nod for its initial public offer from the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The company has also got an approval from the Registrar of Companies. According to a release, Compulink is offering 45.38 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 50 per share aggregating Rs. 27.23 crore. This consists of a fresh equity issue of 35.38 lakh share and an offer for sale of 10 lakh equity share for Rs. 6 crore. The company is implementing an investment plan of Rs. 26.48 crore.
