Hindalco fixes price for rights issue

CHENNAI: Hindalco Industries has informed the BSE that the Committee of Directors of the company has decided to issue the right equity shares at Rs. 96 per share. The shares of the face value of Re. 1 each will carry a premium of Rs. 95.
