Buta Singh vacates Delhi bungalow

NEW DELHI: In the wake of strong remarks by the Supreme Court on his "unauthorised" occupation of a bungalow in Lodhi Estate here, Bihar Governor Buta Singh has vacated it.

Sources said the process of vacating the bungalow was completed on Monday and the premises handed over to the authorities.

The Supreme Court asked the Government on October 24 to take remedial measures like "throwing out" the Bihar Governor.
