Multan: A car bomb blast that killed at least three people in Karachi on Tuesday occurred close to a hotel where England cricketers are scheduled to stay for two nights next month. England is due to play a One-day International against Pakistan in the troubled city on December 15, and is expected to stay at the Sheraton hotel, about 100 metres across a road from the blast site outside a KFC restaurant. ``We will only react if they (England's team managers) approach us,'' Pakistan Cricket Board's Director Operations Salim Altaf said. There was no immediate comment from the England team. When the tour itinerary was set, England refused to play a Test match in Karachi, agreeing only to a One-day International because of its security concerns. The New Zealand cricket team had aborted its tour of Pakistan in May 2002 after a suicide bombing killed 11 French naval technicians. AP
