High Court stays KAT order

BANGALORE: The Karnataka High Court on Tuesday stayed a Karnataka Administrative Tribunal (KAT) order directing the Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) to constitute an expert committee to resolve disputes regarding errors in the key answers to certain questions in the preliminary KPSC examination of 2004 held for recruitment of gazetted officers in group A and B posts.

The KAT had on September 15, 2005, allowed the application filed by a group of candidates who had appeared for the preliminary examination and directed the KPSC to form committees to look into the wrong key answers in seven subjects.
