Immolation bid: Youth dies

NEW DELHI: A 25-year-old youth who made an unsuccessful bid to immolate himself at Adarsh Nagar police station in North-West Delhi yesterday, died in the early hours today.

A resident of Lohia Road area in Adarsh Nagar, Sunil Gupta, a businessman, died at about 0230 hrs at the LNJP Hospital where he had been admitted yesterday with 95 per cent burn injuries, according to sources. Later in the day his family members demonstrated at the police station demanding 'justice'.
