Letters to the Editor
The Manmohan Singh Government, which enjoys a majority in the Lok Sabha with the backing of the Left parties, should, while formulating important policies, consider the views of these parties too. On the issue of voting in favour of referring the Iran nuclear issue to the U.N. Security Council, it should not ignore the Left stand.
K. Vijayakumar,
* * * The time has come for the Government to come clean on the Iran issue. The constant flip-flops have not only undermined its credibility in the international sphere but has also left the people wondering about where exactly it stands on the issue.
