US Technology Resources units get BS7799

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Units of US Technology Resources in Thiruvananthapuram and Chennai have obtained the `BS7799:2-2002' certification, which is an international benchmark for information security, the company said in a press release here on Wednesday.

The certification to the global consulting and technology services company was issued by the international agency KPMG.

The BS7799 certification means the company has a robust information security management system with operational maturity and capability to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of any information processed by it.
