CHENNAI: Dry weather prevailed over Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep.

The minimum temperature fell appreciably at one or two places over north interior Tamil Nadu, fell at one or two places over rest north interior Tamil Nadu and changed little elsewhere over the region.

They were markedly below normal at one or two places over Rayalaseema, appreciably below normal at a few places over north Tamil Nadu, coastal Andhra Pradesh, at one or two places over rest Rayalaseema, below normal at a few places over rest Tamil Nadu, at one or two places over rest coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and were generally normal over the rest of the region.

Belgaum Airport and Chitradurga recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 11{+o}C in the plains of the region.

Forecast (Valid until Saturday morning): Isolated rain or thundershowers are likely to occur over south Tamil Nadu.

Mainly dry weather will prevail over north Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep.

Farmers weather bulletin for Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry: Forecast (valid until Saturday morning): Isolated light to moderate rain is likely to occur over south Tamil Nadu.

Mainly sunny weather will prevail over rest Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry.

Outlook for subsequent two days: No significant change.
