Counting for all 243 seats will be taken up on November 22 and with that the Commission will be meeting the deadline of completing the election process within six months of the dissolution of the Assembly. In the February elections in these 41 constituencies, the JD(U) had won 14 seats and its ally BJP eight, against which the RJD had bagged nine.
