Air India gesture to travellers

CHENNAI: Effective November 15, Air India will be offering complimentary executive class return tickets to Singapore or Kuala Lumpur or Dubai or on any Indian domestic sector on AI, provided passengers purchase a first or executive class ticket to New York, New Jersey, Chicago, Los Angeles or Toronto.

The offer is given as part of the "premium traveller programme."

According to an AI press release, passengers travelling first class to London and Birmingham are entitled to a complimentary executive class return ticket between India and Singapore or Kuala Lumpur or Dubai or any one domestic sector operated by Air India.

The executive class passenger to London and Birmingham is entitled to a complimentary economy class return ticket to Kuala Lumpur or any one domestic sector operated by the national carrier in executive class.

Meanwhile, another offer "Go Westward" which was valid till November 15 is extended up to November 30.

And the companion free scheme has also been re-launched from November 15 and is valid up to March 2006.
