Kalyanasundaram nets winner

TIRUNELVELI: Jothi Sports Club, Palayamkottai, which got a walk-over from Hornets Hockey Club, beat Mathew Hockey Club by a solitary goal scored by Kalyanasundaram to top the Tirunelveli District-level three-team super league.

Jothi Sports Club, not only emerged winner but also qualified for the Tirunelveli Regional-level league, in which three more teams winners, in district level leagues from Kanyakumari, Tuticorin and Ramanathapuram districts will participate.
