Bihar elections

Hats off to the Election Commission for the successfully conduct of the Bihar Assembly elections. Chief Election Commissioner B.B. Tandon's defence of the Commission's Adviser, K.J. Rao, is welcome. The country needs officers like Mr. Rao who impartially serve society and who reaffirm the faith of the people in the law of the land.
