Three roads made one-way

BANGALORE: Commissioner of Police Ajai Kumar Singh on Wednesday passed orders making Jayamahal Road, Nandidurga Road and Miller's Road into one-way from Saturday for two months.

According to a press release, these roads are being made into one-way because work on widening the Cantonment railway bridge, off Jayamahal Road has been started.

The Bangalore Mahanagara Palike and the Railways are together implementing the project.

Work in progress

Work on widening the Jayamahal Road is under progress, the release said.

On Jayamahal Road, vehicles will not be allowed towards Jayamahal Circle from J.C. Nagar police station junction.

On Nandidurga Road, vehicles will not be allowed towards J.C. Nagar police station junction from Nandidurga Road-Miller's Road junction.

On Miller's Road, vehicles will not be allowed towards Nandidurga Road-Miller's Road junction from Jayamahal Circle in view of the work in front of the railway bridge, the release said.
