Arkavathy Layout judgment today

BANGALORE: The Karnataka High Court will be pronouncing on Friday morning the judgment on appeals against a single judge order quashing the acquisition of land for the Arkavathy Layout in the city. A Division Bench comprising Chief Justice Nauvdip Kumar Sodhi, and Justice N. Kumar, which had heard the appeals, has listed the pronouncement for Friday. The Bench had heard the appeals by the State Government, the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) and the former Chief Minister S.M. Krishna against a single judge order of April 15 quashing the acquisition of land.
