Cancer camp held

HYDERABAD: Nearly 200 of the 1,000-odd woman employees of the Secretariat underwent check-up with the Indo-American Cancer Institute and Research Centre conducting a cancer detection camp for them on the premises on Thursday.

Mohana Vamsy, director and chief surgical oncologist of the institute, led the team of specialists who undertook a series of tests -- mammography, ultra-sound scan, X-ray and pap smear -- on the women.
