CDP: panel gives suggestions

BANGALORE: Suggestions for changes of the draft Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) 2015 has been submitted by the independent committee headed by P.S.S. Thomas to the Government on Wednesday.

The committee got over 7,032 complaints and suggestions to the Master Plan, said Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) Commissioner M.N. Vidyashankar at a public debate organised by the Public Affairs Committee. Over 94 per cent of the complaints pertain to micro level, usually involving sites and zonal regulations while the other 6 per cent were suggestions on planning.
