Mumbai: The Bombay High Court on Tuesday stayed the trial in the case in connection with the suicide of former Miss India Nafisa Joseph, in which the businessman Gautam Khanduja is accused of abetment to suicide. Justice A.M. Khanvilkar, while staying the trial, also admitted a petition filed by Mr. Khanduja and adjourned the matter till January 31. Advocate Ashok Mundargi filed a petition on behalf of Mr. Khanduja challenging the Sessions Court order. UNI
