24/7 opens Hyderabad facility

BANGALORE: Contact centre and BPO services provider, 24/7 Customer, has opened a dedicated facility at Somajiguda in Hyderabad to provide back office services to its clients in the U.S. and the U.K., a company statement said here on Tuesday. The new facility is spread over 90,000 square feet with a capacity to seat 1,200 persons and would initially employ 800 persons. The company plans to hike the headcount by 1,000 employees over the next six to nine months, according to S. Nagarajan, Founder and COO.
