Kolkata: The Tour Programmes & Fixtures Committee of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) will meet in Mumbai on Saturday, December 3 to find an alternate venue for the third Test between India and Sri Lanka. At the BCCI's 76th AGM here on Tuesday, the Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association (UPCA) expressed its inability to host the Test from December 18 to 22. The committee will also finalise the itinerary for England's tour of India in March-April 2006. The BCCI's Working Committee will meet on Sunday, December 4 to take policy decisions. The marketing and media committee of the Board is likely to be formed at the meeting. UNI reports: BCCI President Sharad Pawar met Jagmohan Dalmiya on Wednesday at the latter's residence to discuss legal matters pertaining to domestic and international cricket. Talking to the reporters after the meeting Mr Pawar said, "There are several matters in domestic and international cricket that need to be handled carefully. These are matters pertaining to legal problems." "If the Board does not take immediate action on these issues, they will prove to be a liability. I went to meet Mr Dalmiya with this in mind," he added.
