Police complaint against Salem
Mumbai:
The Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) of the Mumbai police on Wednesday told the designated TADA court that extradited gangster Abu Salem has threatened not to cooperate in the investigations.
In an application filed before the court, the prosecution said Salem was not cooperating with the ATS after Tuesday's court order directing that only two officers be allowed to interrogate the accused.
"Salem is threatening the ATS officers that he would not cooperate in the investigations," the prosecution said. The application said that Salem has been asked by his lawyers to make false allegation against the ATS.
