Adnya in final

NEW DELHI: Sudanwa Sitaram and Adnya Naik kept the Indian hopes alive as they made the finals of the boys' and girls' sections respectively in the Asian under-14 tennis championship at the DLTA Complex here on Thursday.

The results (semifinals): Boys: Pattrayu Chumpetch (Tha) bt Ronak Manuja 2-6, 6-4, 6-3; Sudanwa Sitaram bt Shu Saito (Jpn) 6-4, 6-2.

Girls: Sachie Ishizu (Jpn) bt Neesha Thirumalaichelvam (Mas) 6-1, 6-1; Adnya Naik bt Mai Minokoshi (Jpn) 7-5, 6-3.
