NEW DELHI: Air Sahara is launching a return flight between Delhi and London from January 6, its first foray into Europe. It will be operated with a Boeing 767 aircraft with 193 seats 10 business class premium, 32 business class and 151 economy class. The airline on Wednesday said its offer would be competitive with the economy class return fares beginning at Rs. 28,500, with a free return ticket to any other destination including Singapore operated by it. London is its 28th destination. Three flights would be operated every week in the Delhi-London sector. The services would leave here at 12.15 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays and at 11.25 a.m. on Fridays. In the return direction, the flights would leave at 1.35 p.m. on Saturdays and at 9 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays. In London, the flights would operate from terminal 1 at Heathrow. The airline said it would shortly offer special through fares for travel to cities in Europe on British Airways connecting flights and special through fares to the United States on American Airlines connecting flights. The business class premium would have a 64-inch seat pitch with lie flat bed and the business class, a 55-inch seat pitch. Both classes would have individual seat in-flight entertainment units.
