Osteoporosis camp organised

NEW DELHI: Heart Care Foundation of India is organising a week-long Osteoporosis Detection Camp at E-215, East of Kailash, from Monday (December 5) to Sunday ( December11).

Giving details, K K Aggarwal, President of the Foundation who is also President, DMA, said that osteoporosis in both men and women was an on-going epidemic in society. In this condition, the bones of the hip, spine and wrist become porous and more amenable to fracture with even small trauma.
