Mr. T.V.RAGHAVAN, formerly Registrar at The School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University and Chief Public Relations Officer, Delhi University, passed away at Nagpur on December 5, 2005 at age 92. He is survived by wife Rajalakshmi of Nagp ur, daughters Chitra and Mrinalini and three grandsons, who live in the United States.
