Karachi: The Pakistan Cricket Board will not insist on India playing an additional sixth one-dayer in lieu of the Pakistan team's similar consideration last year, a top official said here on Tuesday. PCB Chairman Shaharyar Khan, who met the new office-bearers of BCCI in Mumbai this weekend, said the Board realised that the Indian team was already burdened with ``an extremely tight schedule'' and hence it did not want to put them under additional pressure. ``We did not offer to Sharad Pawar a six-match one-day series proposal in lieu of the six one-dayers we played in India earlier this year. We have to understand that India has a busy and extremely tight cricket schedule and we cannot put them in a situation where they say no or turn down the proposal,'' Mr. Shaharyar said. PTI
