Nestle declares second interim

MUMBAI: Nestle India has declared a second interim dividend of Rs. 18 per equity share on equity shares of Rs. 10 each for 2005. The second interim dividend will be paid on and from December 22. The total dividend during 2005 would aggregate to Rs. 23 per equity share (including interim dividend of Rs. 5 per share paid in May 2005). This represents 230 per cent of the nominal share value, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
