SMC sues 10 Indian cos.

NEW DELHI: Suzuki Motor Corporation (SMC) of Japan, the majority partner of Maruti Udyog Limited (MUL), has filed suits in the Delhi High Court against ten domestic companies for using `SUZUKI' as their trademark and/or part of their corporate names.
