Seven-hour power shutdown

There will be no power in the following areas on Friday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. as Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (Bescom) will carry out maintenance work. The areas affected are: Oil Mill Road, KSFC Layout, Bharatiyar Road, Munikalappa Garden, Kariyanapalya, Ramchandrappa Layout, Hennur Main Road, Kanakadasa Layout and Lokesh Tent Road.

Workshop

Rehabilitation

Conference

The Operational Research Society of India, Bangalore Chapter, will conduct a three-day international conference on "Operations Research (OR) Applications in Infrastructure Development" in conjunction with the society's annual convention being held from December 27.
