Tanla files draft prospectus

HYDERABAD: Tanla Solutions Limited, a Hyderabad-based telecom infrastructure provider, is planning to enter the capital market with a public issue of 1.58 crore equity shares of Rs. 2 each through the book building process. It has filed the draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
