Precious metals end at new high

MUMBAI: Gold and silver continued to rise smartly and zoomed to end at new historic highs of Rs. 7,880 (10 gram) and Rs. 13,115 (a kg) respectively on the bullion market here on Friday due to heavy buying activity after steep rally in the global prices.
