Cavalier beats Lancers

NEW DELHI: Cavalier defeated Lancers 4-3 1/2 in the semifinals of the Baria Cup polo tournament at the Army Equestrian Centre polo ground here on Friday.

Tarun Sirohi scored all the four goals for Cavalier, while Ravi Rathore (2) and Aizam were the scorers for Lancers.

In the other semifinal, Panchsheel beat Taragarh 5 1/2-3. The scorers for Panchsheel were Jai Shergill (3) and Vishal Chauhan (2), while Akhil Sirohi scored all the three goals for Taragarh.
