KOLLAM: The 38th annual State Convention of the Kerala Federation of the Blind (KFB) will be held here on December 10 and 11. The convention will be inaugurated on December 11 by Rajya Sabha Member N.K. Premachandran at a function to be presided over by the former minister Kadavur Sivadasan MLA. The inaugural session will be followed by the KFB women's session and general body meeting. The women's session will be inaugurated by the former Kollam Mayor Sabida Beegum. The session will be followed by a seminar on `Relevance of Persons With Disabilities Act 1995' and another on `Rehabilitation of the Visually Impaired: the modern perspectives.' Kollam Mayor, N. Padmalochanan will inaugurate the valedictory session on December 11 at a function to be presided over by the Chavara MLA, Shibu Baby John. Kollam Collector B. Sreenivas, will deliver the keynote address.
