DEHRA DUN: The Army Chief, General J.J. Singh, will review the Passing Out Parade at the Indian Military Academy here this Saturday. Presenting medals and trophies for excellence in various individual indoor and outdoor sports to the GCs of the Passing Out Course, the Commandant, Lt-Gen K. K. Khanna, urged them never to forget the motto given by Sir Philip Chetwode which reads, "The safety, honour and welfare of your country come first, always and every time. The honour, welfare and comfort of the men you command come next. Your own ease, comfort and safety come last, always and every time." Security around the campus has been geared up in view of the terrorist threat.
