CHENNAI: Engineering and science students, interested in carrying out research in the U.K. in the field of developing cements can apply for Dorothy Hodgking Partnership Award.

The award will cover full tuition fee for a Ph.D degree programme with the Concrete Technology Unit of University of Dundee.

Applicants must have a first class degree or equivalent from a leading institution in one of the following subjects: civil engineering, chemistry, material sciences or geology.

To apply, quote reference CTU/DHPA05 and send your curriculum vitae to Prof. R.K. Dhir at the Concrete Technology Unit, University of Dundee, Dundee DD1 4HN, United Kingdom. Prof. Dhir will visit Chennai on Saturday and will be available at the Study Overseas Ltd (U.K.) office from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
