IP Rings bags award

CHENNAI: IP Rings, a member of the Amalgamations group, has won the gold award in the `India Manufacturing Excellence Awards 2005' for the emerging automotive category, instituted by Frost & Suillvan, India.

IP Rings, engaged in the manufacture of steel piston rings, has also introduced orbital cold forming technology for the manufacture of near net-shape transmission components offering superior performance.
