MADURAI: Visvas Cultural Charitable Trust will conduct `Thiruppavai and Thiruvempavai' recitation competition and music, elocution, essay writing and drawing competitions for students of middle, high and higher secondary schools.

The competitions will be held at Seminar Hall of Agrini Complex, Andalpuram, Thiruppaankundram Road on January 12. Interested students can register their names before December 12 with due permission granted by their heads of the educational institutions, according to a press release.
