New Delhi: With the Indian middle order over the last five years set in stone, newcomers have found it difficult to break through. But injuries and loss in form have opened up a spot, and Yuvraj Singh staked a strong claim with his unbeaten 77 on Tuesday. "Whatever chances I've got, I have always looked to perform," said the left-hander when asked how tough it was to do well in limited opportunities. "It's a really good feeling to perform well in a Test match." So has he created a problem of plenty for the selectors and captain with Virender Sehwag returning from illness in the third Test? "Yes, I have," he said smiling slightly. With the timing of the declaration being such, the inevitable question of whether he was disappointed came up. He handled it well: "No, not at all. Rahul said during lunch that we'd play eight to ten overs, so I looked to be positive. No, I'm not disappointed at all, we have a great chance of winning, so I am very positive." With only five wickets standing between India and victory, the fifth day should see celebrations at the Kotla. Yuvraj said Marvan Atapattu's dismissal was the turning point of the second innings.
