Amara Raja's foray into home electronics

CHENNAI: Amara Raja group, manufacturers of valve regulated lead acid batteries, has announced its foray into home electronics. The company has launched advanced digital invertor, Xenon ADI. It comes with LCD alphanumeric display for a variety of functions such as mains-on, voltage, load percentage, battery charge level, overload shutdown, fuse fail and call for service. It has also introduced Xenon electronic ballast. It comes with 35 per cent energy saving compared to conventional products, more brightness for a given input electric power.
