Bharti creates fresh bandwidth

NEW DELHI: A new undersea cable system — SEA-ME-WE-4, developed by Bharti Televentures and a host of global telecom companies to provide a boost to the penetration of broadband as well as bring down the costs of IT and ITeS companies in India through the creation of fresh bandwidth — was commissioned on Tuesday.
