Pietersen out
A rib injury has ruled Kevin Pietersen out of the rest of England's one-day series against Pakistan, the England and Wales Cricket Board announced in London on Tuesday. The South African-born batsman has been advised rest for at least a month and should be fit for England's tour of India. The ECB chief medical officer, Dr. Peter Gregory, said: ``Due to a series of events that aggravated a previous rib problem during practice and the first two one-day internationals Kevin is returning home and will play no further part in the one-day series.
